Italian motorcycle legend Giacomo 'Ago' Agostini will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award at this year's Legend of the Motorcycle Concours.

Agostini is world's most successful motorcycle grand prix competitor, boasting a total of 15 world championship titles. His first championship win was in 1963 astride a Moto Morini.

He later became synonymous with MV Augusta and continued with almost a decade of successive victories. MV Augusta is also the featured marque at the 2008 concours.

The third annual Legend of the Motorcycle Concours is scheduled to be held on May 3 at the Ritz Carlton, Califonia. See www.legendofthemotorcycle.com for further details.
