This weekend (April 4-6) sees the inaugural round of the 13th annual 2008 Mugello Historic Festival in Tuscany, Italy.
Historic Ferraris will mix with Alfa Romeos and Maseratis on the track. The highlight of the weekend will be the Shell Ferrari Historic Challenge, which will feature all manner of vintage prancing horses.
The racing will be strictly divided by vehicle age and specification - cars with drum brakes will not be allowed to compete against those with discs. A total of 46 vintage cars will take part in the races.
The weekend will also celebrate the 40th anniversary of the iconic Ferrari Daytona. See the current issue of Octane for a full feature commemorating one of the most dynamic front-engined Ferraris.
