Bonhams' annual motoring sale at the RAF Museum, Hendon realised a total of £1,637,638 when the final hammer came down last night (April 21).
The renowned auction house could not have been happier with the result, as the percentage sold by value for cars alone was a highly impressive 97 per cent.
