Salon Privé

There are few backdrops for a concours event grander than Blenheim Palace. That’s where the popular Salon Privé Concours will once again take place from the 2nd-6th September, and is regarded as one of the premier concours events thanks to its meticulous expert judging and the quality of the cars the judging process tends to encourage. Last year’s event was won by a 1936 Mercedes Benz 500K Spezial Roadster, and a 1957 Ferrari 335 S by Scaglietti took the top prize before that. Entry tickets start at £60, with access to the show, gallery, gardens, and food stands, and the price includes free parking. The event is still taking applications for the concours too, if you have a world-beating car of your own.
