Yorkshire Elegance

Yorkshire Elegance at Grantley Hall (on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales, just west of Ripon) enters its fifth year in 2026, and is surely one of the North’s best motoring events. It rolls a prestigious concours, a driving tour, a car show spanning fourteen decades, live music, and a garden party all into one. Tickets are priced accordingly, starting at £129 for adults and £69 for children (16 and under), but that also includes a buffet lunch, parking, and a souvenir brochure, and should afford the event a relaxed atmosphere. Concours judging takes place on the opening day, Wednesday 15th July, and awards are handed out the following day, though those partaking in the driving tour will already have enjoyed that on the 13th and 14th, with an overnight stay at Matfen Hall and in the exclusive company of only 29 other vehicles.
