Jaguar Land Rover Classic has significantly expanded its parts offering for classic owners with two major updates – the launch of over 30 new factory-specification body panels for the Jaguar E-type, and a new Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integrated infotainment upgrade for the L322-generation Range Rover.
The new body panels for the E-type cover Series 1, 2 and 3 cars, across both 3.8- and 4.2-litre variants. Parts include floor sections, outer sills, cross members and full front sub-assemblies, which are available now, built to original factory drawings. Jaguar Classic engineers combined historical blueprints with modern 3D CAD scanning and tooling to ensure each part matches its 1960s counterpart exactly, both in fit and in finish. Constructed in mild steel and finished in corrosion-resistant black eCoat, each part comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty of up to two years in the UK and Europe.
Notably, the new front sub-assembly uses Reynolds tubing, a hallmark of the original lightweight design pioneered by Jaguar for the E-type. According to Jaguar Classic Director Dominic Elms, the goal is to give owners complete peace of mind: ‘They can have complete confidence the parts will be fully compatible with their vehicle, but also the reassurance of knowing they come direct from the original manufacturer.’
Meanwhile, Land Rover Classic is also offering an official infotainment upgrade for the third-generation Range Rover. Designed to be completely integrated with the original in-dash touchscreen and stereo, the new system adds wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto functionality without compromising the vehicle’s original interior aesthetic. Existing audio performance is retained, while the upgrade enables full access to modern navigation and media apps.
Like the E-type panels, the system has been developed in-house by Classic Works engineers, with all fittings and fixtures custom-designed to fit perfectly. Owners can switch seamlessly between the original interface and modern smartphone connectivity, with no impact on original functionality.
