Three Le Mans-winning Ferraris will headline a lineup of 70 historically significant automobiles confirmed for the inaugural Anantara Concorso Roma, taking place from 16–19 April 2026.

Staged in the heart of Rome, the new addition to the international concours calendar will bring together landmark examples of Italian automotive design and engineering, displayed across a central city showfield for the first time. Originally scheduled for April 2025, the event was postponed following the death of Pope Francis.

Headlining the opening edition are the 1963 Ferrari 275P, 1964 Ferrari 250 LM and a Ferrari 499P that each won the Le Mans 24 Hours.

The Ferrari 275P is one of the few chassis to have secured multiple Le Mans victories – albeit in two different specifications. Originally built as one of just four 250Ps, the car won Le Mans in 1963 with Lorenzo Bandini and Ludovico Scarfiotti. This was the first overall victory for a mid-engined machine and remains the only occasion that an all-Italian entry has won outright since World War Two. It was then upgraded to its current 275P specification before taking a second consecutive Le Mans victory in 1964.

Ferrari’s baton of Le Mans success was then passed to the Ferrari 250 LM, which Masten Gregory and Jochen Rindt drove to overall victory in 1965 for the North American Racing Team. That result made the 250 LM one of only two privateer-run Ferraris to win Le Mans outright, an achievement recently replicated by AF Corse’s customer-run Ferrari 499P in 2025.

Contrasting the two 1960s racers – and carrying Ferrari’s Le Mans lineage into the modern era – is the Ferrari 499P. Organisers have yet to confirm which chassis will be presented at the concours. Powered by a twin-turbocharged V6 hybrid powertrain, the 499P secured overall victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 2023, 2024 and 2025. Ferrari will attempt to extend that run when the race returns later this year.

The Anantara Concorso Roma programme begins on 15 April with early guests and owners enjoying a tour of the city and curated retail experiences. A welcome reception will take place on the evening of 16 April on the rooftop of Anantara Palazzo Naiadi. The following morning, the Giro d’Anantara will depart from Piazza della Repubblica for a parade of the city before an evening dinner at Casina Valadier in Villa Borghese.

Judging will take place on 18 April at Casina Valadier, with the concours field open to those with day tickets. The event concludes on Sunday 19 April with further public viewing and the awards ceremony. For full programme details, click here.
