2026 marks the 75th edition of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance – one of the world’s most prestigious concours events, taking place on 16 August, during the fabulous Monterey Car Week. In contrast to the image of concours being all about static vehicles, Pebble Beach places extra emphasis on driving the amazing vehicles that turn up, and awards green rosettes to those that took part in the Tour d’Elegance a few days prior to the Concours – something that would give them an advantage if they happened to be in a tie with a car that was wheeled off a trailer. There are 21 classes this year (including American classics, Japanese motorsport, Packards, pre-war Rolls-Royce, and many more) and an even broader range of trophies to take home, including the prestigious Best In Show. For visitors, general admission starts at $550, while kids 12-and-under go free.
