The Amelia Concours d’Elegance

2026’s Amelia Concours d’Elegance has passed as we write this, but 2027’s event has already been confirmed for the 4-7 March next year. With a way to go there’s no handle on entrants yet, nor guests or themes, but it’ll have to live up to 2026’s event, where Dario Franchitti MBE was the Amelia’s honouree, and the top prizes for Best of Show in the Concours d’Elegance and Best of Show in the Concours de Sport were a stunning orange and black 1931 Dusenberg, and an also very orange (or Papaya, perhaps) 1969 McLaren M8B. The Amelia Concours d’Elegance takes place on Amelia Island, Florida, at both the Golf Club and the Ritz-Carlton.
