Porsche Carrera GT and Miura SV records smashed at Broad Arrow’s 2026 Amelia Island auction

Broad Arrow has confirmed that its 2026 Amelia Concours Auction realised more than $111 million in total sales, making it the highest-grossing auction in the 31-year history of The Amelia and the company’s strongest result since its founding in 2021. The two-day 6-7 March sale achieved a 92% sell-through rate, with 165 of 179 lots sold.

The top selling car of both days was the headlining 2003 Ferrari Enzo, which at $15,185,000 became the second most expensive Enzo sold at auction. Well maintained, showing 450 miles and one of a handful sold in Nero in the USA, this prime example couldn’t quite match the one-off example sold by Mecum for $17.875 million earlier this year, but it shows just how far this area of the market has moved in the last two years.

Two very special Porsches set world auction record prices, the most eye-widening being the Paint-to-Sample Gulf Blue 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, which was offered with no reserve and sold for $6,715,000 – more than doubling the auction benchmark set last week at the RM Sotheby’s Moda Miami auction. This was followed by a 1988 Porsche 959 Sport, with a $5,505,000 price.

Day two of the auction brought an incredibly original 1972 Lamborghini Miura P400 SV, which achieved $6,605,000 – exceeding the previous record set two years ago by RM Sotheby’s at the Dare to Dream sale. There were also new benchmark prices for the 996-based 2001 RUF RGT at $335,000 and a 2015 Ferrari 458 Speciale at $912,500.
